Doctor, will Jimmy Fallon ever be able to play the piano again?

Some thoughtless fan wanted the Tonight Show host to play a song after we all know he almost lost his finger in a truly terrifying accident.

The good guy that he is decided to go ahead and make some music, but he needed some help.

Luckily, Chevy Chase also hurt himself in a filthy way (we'll let him tell you what happened) and he stepped in to give The Tonight Show a little soul.

It's just about time for Chase to start making the press rounds for the return of the Griswolds as the awful-looking Vacation reboot? sequel? opens July 29.

As far as the trailer shows, Chase is only in it for cameo purposes, but marketing is marketing.

Promoting his new directorial effort Trainwreck on the Tonight Show July 20, Judd Apatow decided to pull out some new stand up material and pull no punches as well.

Apatow put Bill Cosby right in his crosshairs and fired off shot after shot at the 78-year-old comic.

So far, over 40 women have accused Cosby of a wide range of sexual coercion and assault and news keep coming out from a deposition obtained by The New York Times.

East? West? South?

These are just a few of the enlightening questions that we learn when Jimmy Fallon got a hold of a conversation taped between Shaquille O'Neal and Kim Kardashian.

The subject? The baby currently developing within Kim's famous womb.

In a smoke filled room, three comedians sit down to play a high stakes game of confessions and lies.

Amy Poehler, Tina Fey and Jimmy Fallon take turns delivering what might be a lie or the truth. Try to sniff out the difference!

Jimmy Fallon returned to The Tonight Show July 13 after an an unexpected tape canceling June 26.

At the time, the only news that gave any cause to the cancellation was that Fallon had suffered a 'hand injury'. It turns out the real story was a little more gruesome.

He told the whole of it on last night's program, making it a funny story of tripping on a rug and catching his wedding ring on a table. Then, he said that what he suffered was called a 'ring aulsion' and he said, "Don't Google it."

So, we Googled it.

Essentially, his wedding ring caught on something and ripped the skin and muscle off the bone.

That's why you don't want to Google it.

In the video, Fallon said he was in the ICU for 10 days and it took a very delicate 6 hour surgery to reattach his finger so it wouldn't have to be straight up amputated.

But everything went well, and we're glad to hear it. Fallon's made a solid go on The Tonight Show and provided many hours of entertainment, which he comments on very sentimentally in the video.

Glad you're back, Jimmy. Now keep bringing us terribly weird gems like this.

But really, It's like, why even get married if that could happen, right?

We've watched all the late night offerings so you can sit back and enjoy the fruits of our research.

You're so lucky! Happy weekend!
