Want to continue to be terrified by a horrifying animatronic bear.

Via Hollywood Reporter:

“We’re looking forward to working with Scott to make an insane, terrifying and weirdly adorable movie,” said Grahame-Smith.

"The story really lends itself to being a movie and it taps into a largely unexplored niche of horror that a lot of people will be able to relate to," said Cawthon.

The project is currently out to writers.

Adam Stone and Jay Ireland will exec produce. Jon Berg and Nik Mavinkurve are overseeing for Warners.

Today in weird crossovers I'm not sure how to feel about: Game of Chairs, a Sesame Street Game of Thrones parody.  Complete with a Mommy of Dragons and tons of punny references to the deaths in the real show, this is probably the most uncomfortable Game of Thrones parody I've ever seen. There's something about Sesame Street taking on Game of Thrones that just doesn't feel right.  And wait until you see who they predict as the next king!

Not satisfied with turning every Disney princess ever into a live action film star, Disney is now going after the animals!  Deadline reports that Disney is working on a live action adaptation of children's classic Winnie the Pooh.  Relative unknown writer-director Alex Ross Perry has been hired on for the film, which will focus on an adult Christopher Robin returning to the Hundred Acre Wood.  I imagine it'll be like that time a grizzly ate a GoPro, pictured above.

The Rock's Bambi reboot is also looking more and more real with every passing day.

25-year-old One Direction fan Anna Todd just landed a six-figure advance when Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, bought the rights to her One Direction fan fiction titled "After."

"After" imagines a bad-boy punk version of Harry Styles falling for sheltered college freshman Tessa, whose world is upended by their relationship. Todd put the story up in daily installments -- some 300 short chapters spread out across three volumes -- on the relatively new Wattpad, where it was an almost instant hit. Wattpad's Ashleigh Gardner says that even before Todd finished the first volume, "After" was registering all over the company's internal social media metrics, with fan-generated art and custom musical playlists popping up on Twitter and Instagram. When Todd mentioned "Pride and Prejudice" or "Wuthering Heights" in "After," Wattpad had spikes in the reads (how the company counts clicks) on those novels on its site. To date, "After" has notched more than 800 million reads and ended 2013 as the site's most-shared story. Wattpad reached out to Todd, helped her build her fan base during the next two volumes and guided her toward a book deal, essentially acting as her agent.
